Pro tip for microdosing:
An average shroom microdose is about 0.1g of dried mushroom powder. An average microdose of dry truffles is about 0.3-0.4g
Note that mushroom powder and truffle powder may be different in weight!
Once you harvested your mushrooms, dry them and use a blender or a coffee grinder to grind them into a fine powder.
Weigh the amount of powder you need to fill all capsules, prep the machine by inserting empty caps and spread the powder evenly.
Then smoosh down the lid to close the capsules.
Store in a dry place.

Pro tip for high dosing:
Filling your mushroom powder into capsules is a nice way of ingesting them without having to chew them.
For this purpose, fill up the capsules to full capacity, to make sure you have to ingest as few as possible for psychedelic effects.

Anything you can shred or powder, you can also use the capsule filler for.
Make sure you clean the machine after each use to avoid unwanted mixing!
To figure out the content of each capsule, weigh out 100 empty capsules first, then fill them and weigh them again.
Substract empty capsule weight and divide by 100 - voila! You have the weight of 1 capsule's content :)
