Orders are subject to the following conditions:

1) Orders are placed at the customer’s own risk.

ProviThor ships internationally.

This covers a large number of countries, each with their own legal frameworks that are subject to change. It is the customer’s responsibility to check and keep abreast of the legal status of our products in the country where they intend to receive them.

2) All paid orders

will be dispatched promptly and as soon as possible (usually by around midday on the next working day). We aim to track and trace every consignment, but there is no guarantee covering lost or damaged parcels.

• (Please note, however, that customs authorities often have very poor product identification skills – there is a chance your parcel may be misidentified. The most common misidentification is truffles being labelled as ‘psilocybin mushrooms’.
  It is therefore a good idea to ALWAYS contact us if you find yourself in any such situation, as these issues can often be resolved very quickly.)

3) ProviThor does not sell to minors.

To make a purchase, you must be at least 18 years old and willing to act your age. This means behaving responsibly with our products: they are for self-exploration and self-improvement, to be taken only in safe environments and with friendly people.

Reading our product information is also part of behaving responsibly.

We do not accept liability for any botched attempts, such as growing mushroom kits without first reading the instructions.

By purchasing our products, you agree to take full responsibility for the outcome of consuming any of our products. Please note that there is a potential risk associated with ingesting literally anything, including medicinal, non-psychotropic mushrooms (as is the case in life, people have died from drinking water the wrong way).

The potential health benefits of magic mushrooms and truffles are enormous and beyond the current understanding of modern medicine, but they are not without risk.

4) Verified reviews

Our product reviews are verified via the Fera Product Reviews application.

All published reviews come from consumers who have used or purchased the product.

5) Free products

ProviThor complies with the provisions of the GDPR and consumer protection rights relating to contracts for the provision of digital content or digital services where the consumer does not pay a specific monetary amount, but provides their personal data in exchange.

This personal data will not be disclosed or sold to third parties and will remain strictly within our database for commercial purposes.
