Magic truffles were legalised as a recreational substance in the Netherlands on 13 September 2019 and are therefore classified as a recreational substance throughout the EU – unless an EU Member State has enacted specific legislation to the contrary.

Magic truffles are neither mushrooms nor parts of mushrooms, but rather ‘vital giant spores’ – that is, SPORES – and are therefore not covered by the ban on magic mushrooms.

In Germany, spores were removed from the BtMG in 2009; in Austria and other EU countries, spores were never covered by the BtMG.

Just because a pure substance (in this case psilocybin) that occurs naturally in an organism is banned does not mean that the organism itself is automatically banned; rather, the organism itself must also be explicitly banned.

However, magic truffles are so beneficial and positive for people’s health that big pharma stands to lose revenue and is spreading extremely well-crafted disinformation campaigns to frighten people and prevent them from recovering.

We ship to all EU countries and pay tax to the country from which you place your order. We offer several different delivery options.

Outside the EU

Your national customs office may charge duties. To avoid this, choose the cheap and slow shipping method or be prepared to pay import duties on the full invoice amount as determined by your local customs authorities.

If you wish to order from Norway or Switzerland, please contact us before placing your order.

Discreet shipping

We understand the importance of discreet shipping.
This means there is no information, no advertising and no invoice inside or on the parcel or the products.

We cannot guarantee the actions of customs authorities and can only reship lost parcels sent via track & trace.

Delivery times

This depends on the destination and the chosen or available shipping method.
In general:

• EU Express: 1–4 working days (1–2 days to major countries and cities)
• EU Fast: (not available to all destinations within the EU): 2–8 working days
• EU Slow: 5–15 working days
• USA: only slow delivery is currently available: 5–20 working days
• Rest of the world: usually between 10 and 20 working days

Collecting your order from our office

If you’d like to collect your order from our shop, you can save on delivery costs. Be sure to use the voucher code “PickIt” for free delivery.

You’ll then just need to arrange a collection time with us. We’re generally in the office on weekdays from 10am to 1pm, and we’ll need 24 hours’ notice to prepare your order. Please send us a message if you’d like to pop in, and we’ll arrange the collection to suit you perfectly.

Here are some more tips for collecting your order from our shop:

• Use a Dutch address to ensure we apply the correct tax rate. If you do not have a Dutch address, you can enter our shop address
• When placing your order, please specify your preferred collection time in the comments section. We are in the office on weekdays between 10.00 am and 1.00 pm.
• Please ensure your order has been paid for and that you have the payment confirmation in your email inbox, so you can show it to our staff when you arrive.
• If your order has been paid for and you have specified your preferred collection time (at least one day in advance), we will send you an email to confirm the collection.
