Microdosing spoon

Truffles dry naturally, making them very durable.
Simply put the fresh truffles into the tea bag, place the tea bag in the dry bag, and hang it in a warm, dry place where the air can circulate. You can also dry the tea bag with the truffles in a dehydrator at under 45 °C.


The complete set consists of:
A fabric bag with a drawstring for hanging
A tea bag made of natural material
A plastic microdosing spoon (0.5 ml approx. 0.4 g dried, whole small truffles = 0.3 g truffle powder = 1 microdosing portion)

(65%-70% of the weight of fresh truffles consists of water.)
