Microdosing spoon

Truffles dry naturally and therefore keep for a very long time.
Simply place the fresh truffles in the tea bag, put the tea bag into the drying bag and hang it in a warm, dry place where air can circulate. You can also dry the tea bag containing the truffles in a dehydrator at below 45 °C.


The complete set consists of:
A fabric bag with a drawstring for hanging
A tea bag made from natural materials
A plastic microdosing spoon (0.5 ml approx. 0.4 g of dried, whole small truffles = 0.3 g of truffle powder = 1 microdose portion)

(65%–70% of the weight of fresh truffles consists of water.)
