Lion’s Mane:

Lion’s mane (Hericium erinaceus) is a distinctive mushroom with many nicknames. The white fruiting body resembles a lion’s bushy mane. Because of this appearance, lion’s mane is often referred to as the ‘wig mushroom’ in the Netherlands. In traditional Chinese medicine, however, it is known as ‘Hou Tou Gu’, which means ‘monkey’s head’.

Food for the nerve cells
Perhaps the most interesting nickname is ‘food for the nerve cells’. The mushroom owes this name to its various uses. For example, lion’s mane is frequently used to support microdosing. McMyco Lion’s Mane Powder of the highest quality

So what makes Lion’s Mane so special?

The ericenones and erinacins (alkaloids found in Lion’s Mane) cause the body to stimulate the production of its own substance, NGF.

NGF stands for nerve growth factor. NGF is required for the growth of certain neurons in our brain.

It also plays a role in myelination – a process that enables the transmission of signals through nerves.

Safety note

Sobriety is a key element of microdosing!

A genuine microdose won’t affect your reaction time or perception, so you can still drive, work and do everything as normal (but better).

We’ll help you find your perfect dose, but it is ultimately your responsibility to start small and only increase the dosage gradually.

Fresh magic truffles are also suitable for high doses. True psychedelic effects begin at around 10 times the microdose, but some physical and emotional changes can be noticed much earlier.

Addiction is NOT a concern, as psilocybin-containing fungi are 100% non-addictive.

Your health and safety must always come first!
