- Nechte je vyschnout, dokud nebudou křupavé , poté houby skladujte v temnu a vzduchotěsně.
- Otřete podložku, vyjměte ji a uložte pro další použití.

They tend to overheat very quickly, not get enough air and start "cooking".
Is this better than a fruit dryer?
Fruit dehydrators are great!
They are also noisy, electricity intense and tend to break after a few months of use.
Heat mats are cheaper and more durable, but they will take longer to fully dry mushrooms.
