    How to use

    Lion’s Mane

    Take 2 capsules a day, in the morning after breakfast. No breaks are necessary.

    Magic Truffles

    Take 1 portion a day.

    Swallow whole with water!
    (Chewing intensifies the effects)

    Store in the fridge for up to 6 weeks. After that, potency gradually decreases.

    Or freeze to keep them fresh for longer.

    Make sure to only defrost the portion you need for that day and consume it straight after defrosting!

    Experiment to find out which time of day works best for you.

    In the morning after breakfast (so it is digested slowly!) or at night before bed, for more vivid dreams.
    You can also split the portion and take half in the morning and half at night.

    How often and for how long?

    Standard

    48 microdoses, 1g of fresh magic truffles per dose.

    Suitable for most adults!

    Recommended protocol: Microdose for 6 consecutive days, then take 1 day off to rest and reflect.

    Take breaks whenever you feel like it! As truffles are actually beneficial for the body and the immune system, breaks are optional.

    The effects should be sub-perceptual, leaving you fully sober and ready to tackle the day, without affecting your normal perception or reaction time. If you feel too affected by a full 1g dose, you can also take less.

    If you notice absolutely no changes after a few days, you may have a very high natural tolerance and can gradually increase the dosage.

    Half portions

    96 microdoses, 0.5g of fresh magic truffles per dose (simply save the other half of a bubble for the next day)

    Freezing or drying truffles significantly extends their shelf life.

    Suggested protocol: Microdose for 6 consecutive days, then take 1 day off to rest and reflect.

    0.5g is half a standard microdose and is often more suitable for particularly sensitive adults.

    You can also try microdosing half portions twice a day, in the morning and before bed.

    Safety note

    Sobriety is a key element of microdosing!

    A genuine microdose won’t affect your reaction time or perception, so you can still drive, work and do everything as normal (but better).

    We’ll help you find your perfect dose, but it is ultimately your responsibility to start small and only increase the dosage gradually.

    Fresh magic truffles are also suitable for high doses. True psychedelic effects begin at around 10 times the microdose, but some physical and emotional changes can be noticed much earlier.
