Microdosing is the regular consumption of tiny amounts of a psychedelic substance. This allows the user to remain sober and fully functional, while mood improves, the brain is nourished, and its activity increases over time.

Using Loose Sclerotia

Store in the refrigerator and use the included measuring spoon for dosing.

1 scoop of fresh sclerotia/day is an average microdose (approx. 1g)

You can easily adjust and refine this dose by filling the spoon more or less (or even taking several spoons. Note that at some point the MICRO-dose range will be exceeded and you will feel the effects directly.)

Using pre-packaged approx. 0.9g (+/-0.2g) Sclerotia portions

Cut out 1 portion at a time with scissors, store the rest in the refrigerator.

If an entire portion is too much, you can store the other half in the refrigerator for a few days, even if it is open.

- best swallowed whole with water
- can be taken daily or every 2nd/3rd day
- best in the morning after breakfast

Note: Fresh sclerotia can also be taken in larger quantities to achieve psychedelic effects. Dry ones not so much, as it is much harder for the stomach to break them down and release the active ingredients.
