Lion's Mane is also known as a natural brain food. Studies suggest that it stimulates the brain to produce more NGF (Nerve Growth Factors). These are responsible for the production, growth, and maintenance of neurons in the brain. NGF is particularly responsible for the formation of myelin sheaths, a layer around brain cells that protects them and improves impulse transmission between cells. Unfortunately, these sheaths can be damaged with age, which significantly slows down the conduction speed and can lead to a deterioration of brain function (as in Alzheimer's and Parkinson's). In other words, Lion's Mane can help keep the brain vital and healthy.

Niacin is included in this synergy because it has the potential to distribute psilocybin and Lion's Mane more effectively in the brain, thereby enhancing the brain-promoting effects of both substances. Niacin (nicotinic acid), also known as Vitamin B3 or Vitamin PP, is a vitamin that the body forms from the amino acid tryptophan. It is absorbed through food from a variety of whole and processed foods. Although the names are similar, nicotinic acid has nothing to do with nicotine in tobacco. To avoid confusion, nicotinic acid is commonly referred to as niacin. Niacin plays a crucial role in energy and protein metabolism. Without this vitamin, the body cannot properly metabolize fats, carbohydrates, and amino acids. Niacin has an antioxidant effect and is involved in many enzymatic processes. It is essential for the regeneration of skin, muscles, nerves, and DNA.

Lion's Mane, Niacin, and Psilocybin work synergistically together. DAY 5–7: Non-microdosing days

• No microdosing

• Optional: 1 to 2 capsules of Microdose Synergy in the morning.
