Microdosing is the regular intake of miniscule amounts of a psychedelic substance. This keeps the user sober and fully capable, while improving mood, feeding the brain and improving its activity over time.

Use of loose sclerotia

Store in the fridge and use the included measuring spoon for dosing.

1 measuring spoon of fresh sclerotia/day is an average microdose (about 1g)

You can easily adapt and finetune this dose by filling the spoon more or less (or even taking several spoons. Note that at some point, the MICRO-dose range will be exceeded and you will notice effects directly.)

Use of pre-packaged approx. 1g (+/-0.3g) sclerotia portions

Cut out 1 portion at a time with scissors, keep the rest stored in the fridge.

If a whole portion is too much, you can keep the other half stored in the fridge for a few days, even though it is open.

- best swallowed whole with water
- can be taken daily or every 2nd/3rd day
- best taken in the morning after breakfast

Note: Fresh sclerotia can also be taken in higher amounts for psychedelic effects. Dry ones not so much, as they are much harder for the stomach to break up and free the active substances.
