Truffles dry out naturally and become very durable.
Simply fill the fresh truffles into the tea bag, put the tea bag into the dry bag and hand this bag somewhere where it is warm and dry so air can circle around. You do not need any tools or machinery. You can, as well, put the tea bag with the truffles inside on a food dryer and dry out below 40°C.
Ideal for microdosing with Fenris und Freya! (Small truffles, easy to make small doses of with the spoon!
The spoon 0.5ml is encluded-
The set consists of:
One cloth bag with string to hang the bag
One tea bag made from all natural material
One plastic dosing spoon 0.5ml = 0.4g dried Freya/Fenris = 1 portion (equals 1g fresh truffles)
2/3 of the fresh truffle weight is water.
